If you wish to request a refund, simply contact our customer service team or log in to your Vastatio account to initiate a return. Once your request is approved and the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the product.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to one billing cycle for the amount to appear in your account.
We kindly ask that you avoid filing a chargeback during this period, as it may delay the resolution.
