Delivery Methods

Depending on your address. Once the items arrive at the respective warehouse, we then coordinate with delivery companies to transport the products to your doorstep.

Handling Time

Our order processing time ranges from 7 to 15 business days. This period is dedicated to manufacturing customized products and ensuring your items are meticulously prepared and packed for delivery in pristine condition.

Total Delivery Time

Encompassing order handling and final delivery to your specified address, the total delivery time ranges from 14 to 75 business days. Due to the nature of large custom furniture, the production and shipping cycle is lengthy. Please thoroughly read our shipping policy before deciding to place an order. After you place an order, we will also send the delivery schedule and important notices to your email. Please check your inbox. Thank you for your understanding.

Additional Charges

The following may incur additional shipping charges:

  • For delivery to remote destinations
  • Delivery requiring stair access
  • Delivery with special requirements

If specific delivery requirements are necessary, such as distinct entryways, routes, or sites with vehicle height limitations (below 3.3 meters), including bustling locations like shopping centers or construction sites.

If there are difficulties in accessing the delivery location by truck.

  • The shipping cost for each item of office furniture and other products sold will be provided individually.
  • If a refund is initiated because of outstanding shipping expenses, standard bank handling fees will still be deducted.
  • For large items, delivery will be made through Front Door Delivery. For white-glove delivery service, please inquire separately when placing your order.

Customs and Taxes

Our prices include all customs duties and taxes. As a customer, you will not be required to pay any additional taxes on your purchase.

Order Tracking

To track your order, you can use the order number in our website's online customer service system or visit our Track Order page. This will provide you with the latest information on your shipment status.

Logistics Update Delay Notice

Please be aware that there may be a slight delay in tracking updates. Tracking information may not appear until the carrier picks up the shipment and it reaches the warehouse. If you don’t see updates when checking your tracking, please don’t worry. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to provide you with the latest tracking details.
